I recently reconnected with Mary a year ago since The Anderson School in 1968! It was as if nothing had changed. Funny, bright, bull headed, fashionable, compassionate, an extremely proud and loving wife, mother, and grandmother! What a laugh she had. I imagine you could pick her out in a stadium. In fact, I think I did while watching a Panthers game last year......
I only wish we we had reconnected earlier. There was so much more to tell each other about our life journeys, and boy, she had a terrific one!
Our "group" at Anderson supported each other and had wonderful times and laughs together. Mary was our "philospher".
Just could never get her to smile for the camera, lol!!!
